SEO, Social Media and PR Specialist

We are looking for a talented SEO, Social Media and PR expert to work closely with our SEO Specialists to plan and execute innovative and integrated SEO and Social Media strategies for our clients.

You’ll be responsible for planning and managing a wide range of SEO and social media campaigns for our clients including writing posts, articles and press releases. You will identify and set up distribution channels as well as respond to questions on behalf of clients whilst ensuring all social media campaigns stay true to the client’s branding and messaging.

Core responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal copywriters to create and curate high quality content for publication on different social platforms
  • Manage social media campaigns to include the identification of bloggers/people who have high levels of influence and engage with them
  • Ability to integrate social media into the customer journey
  • Identify how clients can realistically make best use of the social media channels available to them and advise on overall SEO/Social strategy
  • Analyze and report on key metrics to measure return-on-investment/engagement
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Create and maintain monthly content/editorial calendar
  • Research new channels and trends and support the other members of your team with advanced social media knowledge and techniques;
A passion for search engine and social media marketing is essential, but you must also have:
  • at least 3 years proven and successful SEO and social media experience;

  • an advanced knowledge and understanding of both PR and Social Media;
  • experience in using a wide range of CMS, blog and social media platforms;

  • the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment;

SEO Account Coordinator

The SEO account coordinator will manage the day to day execution of search engine optimisation campaigns for a number of client websites. This will include conducting market and competitor analysis, link building, publishing content, creating Google+ Places listings and creating and managing social assets.

Core responsibilities:
  • Perform market and competitor research to identify SEO and link building opportunities;
  • Work closely with internal copywriters to create relevant content;
  • Execute link building and social media marketing campaigns for your allocated clients;
  • Produce and analyse progress reports to spot opportunities to increase traffic;
  • Liaise with clients and attend relevant client meetings;
  • Accurately record all activity and meet given deadlines;
  • Keep up to date on new SEO developments and share best practise with the SEO team.

SEO Specialist

As an SEO specialist you will be expected to apply advanced level optimisation techniques to client’s websites whilst supporting the internal SEO team. You will be responsible for performing detailed onsite audits of client’s websites, reviewing and researching keywords and copy as well as internal and external links. You will also manage a portfolio of your own clients which will include implementing link building and social media campaigns, creating insightful reports and liaising with clients.

Core responsibilities:
  • Help develop overall SEO campaign strategy with management team;
  • Perform initial analysis and present detailed recommendations to include site architecture, internal and external linking, keyword focus and content;
  • Liaise with clients and their developers to provide support and make sure sites are "SEO friendly";
  • Work closely with internal copywriters to create relevant content;
  • Execute search engine optimisation and social media marketing campaigns for your allocated clients;
  • Produce and analyse progress reports to spot opportunities to increase traffic;
  • Advise clients on how to improve usability and conversions;
  • Support the other members of your team with advanced SEO and social media knowledge and techniques;
  • Keep up to date with new SEO developments and actively research, test and propose new ways of working.

  • at least 12 months recent SEO and social media experience (3 years total);
  • strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment;
  • an ability to produce accurate and insightful reports;
  • an advanced knowledge and understanding of both onsite SEO and link building strategies;
  • experience in HTML, WordPress and CSS including XML and HTML sitemaps;
  • excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail;

  • effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • ability to present complex subjects in understandable terms;

Pay Per Click Advertising Executive

We are looking to employ another Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising Executive to manage paid search campaigns for clients, focussing on continually growing their traffic and improving their return on investment.

You will be expected to:
  • manage and control clients’ Google AdWords and Microsoft Adcenter Pay Per Click advertising campaigns on a daily basis;
  • produce bespoke monthly client reports;
  • analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improving traffic and ROI;
  • utilise keyword research tools to identify opportunities.
You must have:
  • at least 12 months recent PPC experience;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • excellent analytical skills;
  • the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team;
  • creative advert copywriting skills;
  • sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially Excel;
  • good organisational skills;
  • good report writing skills;
