Tara is currently working in client services, however also has a background in Account Management and Project Management. She has worked with clients in industries such as Ecommerce, finance, hospitality, healthcare, education and non-profit. In Particular she loves getting to know my clients on a personal level, sharing the same growth values as they do, which ultimately leads to joining them on a journey of success.
As an Account Director, Tara helps some of our biggest accounts to grow even more. Being the main point of contact with the client, and responsible for translating the clients goals into marketing deliverables in order to help achieve these goals. She also works closely with the delivery team to ensure we’re providing the best marketing work that our team has to offer to help our clients gain successful results.

My middle name is “Adana” which you will likely find on a Turkish menu as it is a type of Lamb Kebab!
What’s been the proudest moment of your life so far?
Renovating my first house with my partner has been a long and sometimes challenging process, but so worth it to see our vision come to life!
What’s been the biggest professional achievement of your life so far?
Seeing my first live advert on a Billboard in Cardiff in 2016 for the Brains Beer April Fool’s campaign after coming up with the concept and directing the campaign.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Grab the bull by the horns” a bittersweet piece of advice that was given to me by a friend just before they passed away. They encouraged me to live in the moment, and seize every opportunity whilst I still could.
