A Manic March: Life at Liberty This Month
March has proven itself to be a pretty manic month for us here at Liberty, thankfully I’ve edited out the stuff I didn’t want to write about day to day dynamics to make space for the exciting stuff.
So enough chit chat, here we go.
A Bloomin’ Marvellous Speech
Our dynamo Digital Retail Strategist Rachel Lewis (née Bloom, hence the pun-filled title) gave an enthralling speech with Figaro on the wonderful world of eCommerce.
Since she absolutely smashed it, there’s no doubt the circuit will be seeing plenty of her in the future so keep an eye out!

Peanut Butter and Gelly Hit OI
The wannabe hip hop group are back at it again and spoke at the latest Online Influencers conference.
Our magnificent MD gave a typically amazing talk on AdWords Audience Targeting, while our marvelous Marketing Manager gave a cracking speech on the wonders of content marketing.
While both speeches were a success, the thick English accents did prove distracting as most of us wonderful Welsh just don’t seem to register it. Wonder why that is?
We Trumped Our Targets!
After smashing our targets, the team was treated to an amazing day out at Cardiff Treetop Adventure Golf followed by some creative cocktail making at Handsome Jack’s!
It’s fair to say there were a few foggy heads in the morning, but the mojitos were definitely worth it.
Side Note Well done to the girl’s team for destroying the competition in the mojito making game, next stop the Olympics.
Dog Day at Liberty
Otherwise known as the best darn day of the year, we were joined by some lovely doggos that provided us grafters with warmth and cuddles as we got our grind on.
Unfortunately a certain ill doggo named Roy was missing, but he will be back for the next one, and HR has spoken to him about pulling a sicky on his second day in the office.
Alix Amazes at the Marketing Showcase
Alix, our amazing PPC Specialist, gave a fantastic talk on AdWords at the latest Marketing Showcase, and wowed the crowd with her incredible insight!
We also had an exciting exhibit at the showcase, and as you can see from the photo below Paul had a miserable time.

We’ve joined forces with Yolk Recruitment and Rockadove to launch Meet Market this year!
It’s going to be an amazing event and we’re looking forward to seeing what the market has to offer.
