About the Role:

As an Account Director you are equally adept at maximising both the results-based and the commercial performance from your portfolio of digital marketing clients.

Comfortable engaging with our internal delivery teams to shape what our engagement looks like. Whilst also acting as the client’s consultant and partner to set expectations and provide valuable digital marketing advise.

Similar to a Strategic Account Manager, you will use your experience in digital marketing strategy and client service to guide both our internal teams and clients. As an Account Director you will have the ability to work independently of our delivery teams. Engaging our specialists where required, the majority of client contact will be led by you. With a well-rounded grasp of the activity on your accounts, you’ll help clients navigate challenges, discuss ROI, and explain past/future performance.

Acting as a digital marketing consultant to their business, you’ll build trust with clients who will see you as the key driver of success on their account. You’ll be the key point of contact for issue resolution, strategic discussions, activity planning and business case creation.

You will manage the agency’s largest clients, be responsible for ensuring our clients get excellent value from our services, become an expert consultant for your client’s businesses and retain and grow your client portfolio year on year.
