About the Role:

As a Strategic Account Manager you will help your portfolio of clients understand their online marketplace, define success, and work with agency teams to create innovative digital marketing strategies that achieve your client’s goals. You will ensure our clients get the best value from the services we provide, to retain and grow your client portfolio.

To do this you will draw upon your own experiences as well as working collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines such as SEO, Social Media, Digital PR, Paid Media and Content.

Under advice from members of the channel delivery teams, you will be ultimately responsible for the strategy, results, and outputs of the work we deliver.

You will drive success for both the client and the agency, ensuring we are achieving mutually agreed SMART goals and driving value for our clients. Regularly reviewing progress, monitoring performance and, if necessary, realigning our activity.

Our team of Strategic Account Managers are comfortable articulating the value of our services; walking our clients through forecasts and opportunities to help them understand ROI, and the value of investing further in digital marketing.

In this role you will be occasionally expected to spend time working from client’s offices or attending meetings off-site.
