How we positioned Pure Property Finance as the go-to experts in the property and finance press

Property finance and lending brokerage

Pure Property Finance supports property finance brokers, arranging tailored funding solutions for property developers, investors, and businesses through a wide network of UK lenders.

Our Approach

  • We started by mapping out the knowledge that already existed within the team and built individual expert profiles around each person, anchored in their specific area of specialism and the deals they worked on.
  • Mortgages, property investment, house values and the political landscape affecting the sector were outlined as key areas of opportunity. These were areas where their team had genuine insight and a point of view that we knew journalists would respond well to.
  • We worked with their marketing team to identify stories within their business and insights within their data that we could bring to the market for wider exposure and use as exclusive pieces for those hard-to-reach publications.
  • Every pitch positioned a member of the Pure team as the expert, rather than a generic company comment, a strategy that gained traction quickly. What started as outbound pitching soon shifted as journalists started to approach us for comments from the Pure team, a mark of genuine authority.
