The Challenge 

Benefit Cosmetics went to Liberty Marketing with the specific aim of increasing footfall in their stores, with a particular emphasis on driving bookings to their BrowBar Beauty Lounges.


Our Approach 

We undertook a local SEO campaign in order to ensure Benefit’s store information was present and accurate in Google’s local results. This involved:

  • Building a Google My Business listing for every location (450+ stores)
  • Claiming existing listings
  • Verifying the account
  • Optimising listings
  • Ongoing GMB Management (Reviewing updates, responding to reviews, changing opening hours etc.)
  • Managing citations
